hey, I'm Tris

I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) on a mission to help women and mamas feel empowered, nourished and thriving through every life phase.

Having supported over 100 women with hormone imbalances like PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis and Perimenopause — along with gut issues, fertility challenges, and autoimmunity — I know what works (and doesn't) for female bodies.

I’m here to guide you to real, lasting change that flows into every part of your life.

I’ve walked this path myself — through PCOS, gut and hormone struggles, and into motherhood. After healing my hormones, conceiving naturally, and experiencing two healthy pregnancies, I now help other women do the same using food as medicine, functional testing, lifestyle strategy, and the wisdom of syncing with our cycles.

Is the meal plan suitable for a vegan or vegetarian?

The meal plans are not vegan or vegetarian. I recommend working with a Nutritionist who specialises in this area to ensure you’re meeting your nutrient requirements.

Is this suitable for me if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or in a preconception phase?

Yes, you can do the 21 Day Real Food Reset if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You will be learning how to eat to nourish and fuel your body and encouraged to focus on predominately wholefoods which is healthy and supportive during preconception, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Simply be guided by your own hunger and increase your portion sizes where needed to fulfil your energy requirements.

How long do I have access to the program?

You will have ‘lifetime’ access to the program materials as well as the monthly calls inside the private community group as long as we have this digital product for sale. The meal plans and guides are also downloadable, so you can keep these saved on your desktop for lifetime use.

Are the meals / meal plans suitable for my family?

ABSOLUTELY YES! The meal plans are family friendly whole food recipes that will support the health of your entire family. They have been created with mummas in mind, so you don’t have to cook separate meals for everyone and can enjoy meals together. You will just need to adjust the ingredient portions to fit your family (recipes show how many ‘serves’ which are based on a female adult portion).

What if I have social events on during the program?

I believe (and personally practice) that you can enjoy eating out whilst living a healthy lifestyle. And it’s an important part of a healthy relationship with food. This program teaches you how to fuel and nourish your body and that includes eating out/socially. This is not a quick fix diet but a healthy lifestyle change.

Can I do this program if I am on medication?

The program is generally suitable for most people taking medications, however it is important to consult with your qualified healthcare professional before joining. You can also reach out to Tris with any questions by emailing [email protected]

Is there anything else I need to do or buy after I purchase the program?

Once you sign up you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

There is nothing else you need to purchase (aside from your groceries of course!), however I have suggested a supplement pack and link to purchase which can enhance your experience and results with the program. This is not essential and you will still get results if you don’t opt into buying the supplement pack.

I don't have a lot of time, will I have to do a lot of meal preparation or have time for new healthy habits?

This is designed to be EASY! The recipes are easy to make without long lists of ingredients and don’t take a long time. I am a big advocate for “cook once, eat multiple times”, so you will often be cooking in bulk and using leftovers or components of meals throughout the week to save you time.
