These T&Cs create a binding agreement between you and Tristen Jarvis trading as Tris Alexandra Nutrition + Wellness (ABN 28 852 672 954) (“Tris Alexandra”, “Tris”, “Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The T&Cs may change with or without notice. If you do not agree to abide by these T&Cs, please do not use this website. SALES POLICY
  1. All purchases made on this Website including but not limited to nutrition consultations, meal plans, nutrition programs, recipe development, content creation (“Programs”, “Services”), digital products, ebooks, pdf downloads and online content are subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase any of our products or services.

  2. By using or making any purchase/s on this Website, you confirm that you are (i) at least eighteen (18) years old; or (ii) you are the guardian of a minor over the age of sixteen (16) and that you and your child agree to these Terms.

  3. All prices quoted on our Website are in Australian dollars and include any goods and services tax payable pursuant to A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (“GST”) unless otherwise specified. If you reside outside of Australia, you agree to pay any additional duties and taxes that your country or state may wish to impose on your order based on the imputed or actual value of the purchase/s. You understand and acknowledge that these relevant duties and taxes may not be disclosed on the Order Confirmation and are charges imposed by the relevant customs or quarantine government department of your country and not us.

  4. All Tris Alexandra products and/or services sold on our Website are subject to copyright protection, and are licensed to a single user only. You warrant not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share and/or transfer any products and/or services purchased from our Website to any third party and/or person. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reject any orders which we consider to be for commercial quantities. Tris Alexandra bears no responsibility for any orders which are declined or cancelled as a result of any internet or connection disruptions.

  5. We use a secure online payment system. In order to purchase any of our Services you will be required to select one of the payment methods available on our Website which may require you to provide us with your credit or debit card information. Please be aware that credit or debit card payment is made through a third party payment processor. By ordering a Service from us, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen on our Website.

  6. Bookings for individual nutrition consultations are made via a secure third party booking system. After making your booking you will be sent various forms that you will need to complete prior to your nutrition consultation. You will also be sent an invoice for payment via email from a third party booking and payment processing system. You will be provided with our nutrition Service following payment processing at the date you have selected to book. For any nutrition Programs please allow 7 days after full payment has been made to receive your purchased Program, or as per any start and/or end dates set out in the Program as detailed on this Website. E-books purchased on this Website will be sent within 48hrs of payment confirmation. Strictly no refunds or exchanges can be given after any purchase/s on this Website, including but not limited to Programs, e-books, hard copies, merchandise, nutrition services or online subscription services. Additional information about our Programs and Services can be obtained by emailing us [email protected]

  7. For any nutrition consultation Services and Programs purchased, you will be provided with various forms which you will need to complete. These forms include, but are not limited to background information, client history, questionnaires and food recalls (“Questionnaires”). We ask that you complete your Questionnaires as accurately and honestly as possible. Failure to complete Questionnaires may result in a delay to you receiving your Program and to the commencement of your Program.   8. Some Products and/or Services on this Website are sent via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided a correct email address as part of your purchase. If you have not received your product within the time frame specified, please check your junk and/or spam mail, otherwise contact [email protected]. From time to time, it is possible that factors which are beyond our control may result in delays of delivering your purchase to you. You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, suffered by you or anyone else as a result of such delays.

  9. When undertaking and/or following any information on this Website, including but not limited to nutritionist advice, guidelines, products and/or services, it is possible that you will not achieve your desired results. Tris Alexandra will not be held liable for any failure to achieve a desired result notwithstanding accurate implementation. There will be no refunds for failure to achieve a desired result under any circumstances.

  10. The prices on our Website are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS

In the event of any defect with the Services that you have purchased on or through our Site, your remedies will be as prescribed under Australian Consumer Law, and our liability will be limited to replacement of the Services in question (where applicable), or refund to the value of those Services.  If you believe any of the Services purchased on or through our Site contain a defect or if you have received the incorrect product, you must notify us immediately by emailing [email protected]. Due to the digital nature of e-products, refunds are not available for any eBooks, meal plans, programs and Services purchased on our Website.

  1. This site and the information on it is completely based upon the extensive research, own experiences and opinions of the author, Tristen Jarvis (“Tris Alexandra”), unless otherwise stated or referenced.
